The buyer must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

Upon receiving the package, the buyer must:

• Record a full video of unboxing

• Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 3 business days

• Upload the required images, unboxing video, and tracking number

 

Failure to report within the allowed period = final acceptance of the order.
