🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Shopanistu

1️⃣ Custom Manufacturing Orders

  • Custom manufacturing orders cannot be returned.

  • If there is an issue with the order, a dispute can be opened through Shopanistu for review and resolution.

2️⃣ Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Standard (non-custom) orders can be canceled anytime before being handed over to the shipping company without any penalty.

  • Custom orders can only be canceled before the manufacturer officially confirms receipt of the order; after confirmation, cancellation is not possible.

3️⃣ Local Returns

  • Returns within the same country (e.g., supplier in Turkey shipping to a customer in Turkey) are allowed under the following conditions:

    • Return request must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt.

    • Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

    • The return must comply with the specific return guidelines for each product category (as they may vary depending on the nature of the product).

4️⃣ International Returns

  • Returns for orders shipped internationally will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering:

    • Agreement between the customer and Shopanistu on return arrangements.

    • The high cost of return shipping and potential customs fees.

5️⃣ Acceptable Return Cases

  • Visible damage upon receipt that was not detected during the (optional) paid inspection service.

  • Significant discrepancy between the received product and the agreed-upon specifications.

  • Shortages in quantity compared to the invoice or shipping documents.

6️⃣ General Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted to Shopanistu through the official email or the customer’s account within the specified timeframe.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse by the customer.

  • If the reason for return is a manufacturing or supplier error (e.g., non-conforming product), the supplier will bear the return costs.

  • If the customer ordered incorrectly or changed their mind, the customer will bear all shipping costs related to the return.


Inspection Service:
If Shopanistu’s paid inspection service is requested, the quantity and specifications are verified before shipping. If a verified order shows issues upon delivery, Shopanistu will take responsibility for handling the dispute with the supplier.
